In Life and Online

  • This week was kind of exciting. Well, not really. I’ve been home for most of it because I hurt my knee. I have my follow up appointment tomorrow so hopefully I’m all clear to get back to doing stuff (like work and yoga!).
  • I’ve been sleeping like crap without my nightly yoga.
  • On April 1st, I’m starting the 28 Day Reset. I had lost 25 pounds doing PIIT28, but I’ve been using that as an excuse to eat super crappily and gained half of it back. I need to learn healthy eating habits! This will help, hopefully. My mom is helping me prepare.

      Thanks, Michelle! It’s feeling a lot better, but I’m off for another two weeks since I can’t go back until it’s 100% (my job is standing all day, so).

  1. Hope your knee is getting better (or will heal quickly once the doc has looked at it!). You got some great loot this week! I hope all of your reads are great this week and you can get back to your yoga.

  2. I definitely find healthy eating habits to be the hardest part of living a healthy lifestyle. Life just gets so busy, and leaves me so tired, the last thing I want to do is cook! I keep telling myself to plan ahead and plan my weekly meals, one of these days I’ll get around to it! 😉

      Eating right is so hard! I have written my meal plan for my first week, and my mom is helping by cooking a few things that can be frozen for a quick meal. So hopefully I can get on track. 🙂
